Manny September 30, 2022 for Model Number jpb64w0h1ww We had a power surge and now the burners no longer work and the oven does not work. The clock and oven light still work. Do I just need to replace the control board?
1 Answer Hello Manny, Since the wiring for the surface and the bake compartment are separated at the terminal block, you will need to start there and verify the proper power supply with no loose or burned contacts. Terry April 24, 2022 for Model Number JB735SP1SS Oven will randomly shut off no control panel lights, no codes. Turn the surface burner on then off power will be restored to the control panel as it flashes 12:00. Reset everything then it's good to go until the next time. One time when it shut down I opened the oven to check and the oven light blinked about four times and I could hear what sounded like a circuit breaker clicking near the control panel area.
