Hello David, if the dishwasher has a full fill of water, the filters/strainers are clear and there is very little water out of the port to the upper spray arm then the diverter assembly may be clogged or faulty. WD19X25278.

Larry, If the wash motor is not running then test to see if it is getting power to it. If it is not getting 120 vac then check the wiring and if that is good then this will be a control board issue.

Craig, it would be recommended that the drain pump wires are tested for continuity. If the wires test good, then the main control WD21X24901C has failed and would need to be replaced.

Leroy, if you haven't yet, remove, check and clean the fine filter. Check the air gap.disposal connections and hoses for kinks clogs and obstructions. Check the check valve in the drain pump exit tube to make sure the flapper isn't stuck/sticking. Then recheck the drain hose for any "sharp" bends, kinks, twists, etc.
