1 Answer Hello Crazy Dog! You'll need to replace the bearing slides once they have worn out. If they have worn out you'll hear a screeching/squeaking noise coming from the dryer or the unit will not tumble as it should. Howard July 13, 2013 for Model Number DBXR463EB0WW I replaced the front drum bearing and ordered 1 slide lucky for me I only needed 1 but it had a total of 4 2 white and 2 gray. So I installed the new white one and put it back together. The blow up only shows 2, do they have to be replaced also? Are the green ones what I need to order?

Dawn May 16, 2013 for Model Number GE dryer elec, DBLR333EE2WW suddenly dryer became very noisey, kinda metal rubbing squeaking sound. varies in tones lasted for about 3 loads, took top off some lint was seen in the front of the drum , turned unit on no noise, tried several times with same result so i vacumed the seen lint out, put some weight into the drum ran unit, produced some noise but very minamal, what should i maintain to prevent any damage thank you
