Phil February 08, 2013 for Model Number nwsr483eb3ww What's the difference between the green and white glides. Are they different sizes? Thanks!
1 Answer Hello Phil, The difference is the composition of plastic. The green ones wear at a different rate than the white ones. The reason is determined by the engineers who will not disclose the exact reason. If you use all the same color, you will be back inside the unit before you want to be, changing them out again. They are the same sizes. Read More...

I installed the white and greed drum slides allready they dont seem to be to secure. Is there some sort of adjustment to be made for them.
1 Answer Hello Buddy, There is no type of adjustment for the glides. There is a pin that the glide sits over and with several revolutions of the drum around them they will lock into place where they will not move. Read More...

Tim July 30, 2012 for Model Number DBXR463GD1WW I Have a GE Model DBXR463GD1WW. I am changing the Dryer Drum Front Support Bearing. Do I need slides or glides or both. Which item numbers and how many of each? Thank you.
1 Answer Hello Tim, I would recommend to replace the top drum bearing WE3M26 since it holds the glides. This is important enough that I wouldn't replace the glides without it. As far as the glides go, you will need two green WE03X37317 and two white WE03X37318. If you want to lubricate them, you need to do this with a dry lubricant such as corn starch or baby powder. Do not use a wet lubricant as i will cause lint to stick to it and don't use graphite as this will work its' way into the load and stain clothes. Read More...
