Clay, You can test to see if the control board is sending power to the igniter. If you test from the bake relay which is the orange wire on the control board to Neutral which is the white wire with the oven in the bake setting and turned on, there should be 120 vac. If not then the control board is faulty. If there is 120 vac and you have a new igniter then most likely the issue will be in the oven safety valve.
