Ginger January 23, 2020 for Model Number ge WSM2420TBAWW combo washer/dryer tall unit Water is leaking from the bottom of the unit when filling the tub, whether or not I fill manually with a bucket. Tried to figure out how to remove the bottom front panel to see if I could pinpoint the problem. Hose connections externally don't seem to be leaking. Any ideas? Esp how to remove front panel.

Tim February 28, 2017 for Model Number GE Dryer GTDS570ED0WW Turn on the dryer and hear a hum, but nothing else happens. The belt is intact. Was apparently working fine up until now. No funny noises or squeaking. Door switch is working (when I have the door open and depress switch, the dryer turns on with same hum, but nothing else happens.

1 Answer Hello Nena. Check and make sure you have 240 volts coming to the dryer. Check and make sure the unit is not set to Air Fluff. Also check the heater and thermostats and see if they are good. You can test these with a multi-meter MA-DM1. They should read closed for continuity.
