Cheryl July 21, 2015 for Model Number c2s980semiss If the knob replacement has changed in its appearance. Is the company prepared to give us a break to replace all of the knobs so that they look alike. Nothing screams 2nd class more than parts on an appliance that don't match.
1 Answer Hello Cheryl. The new knob should match the old knob on the unit. If not, then you can return the knob or purchase all new knobs. We can not adjust the price on them. Sorry. Read More...

Kd March 03, 2014 I have a cracked stem on the Knob and I know I need to replace that. But can you tell me if the knob assembly comes with the round 'bracket' or 'seating' that is attached to the oven. The knob fits into this as its attached to the oven. This bracket\seating has a red dot on the top and screws into the oven. Does this part come with the knob assembly or if not what is that part? Thank you.
1 Answer KD, the knob assembly WB03K10265 is the knob only. If you need the part that the knob attaches to on the control panel itself you'll need to order the switch itself. We'll need the location of the knob/switch on the panel and your appliance model number to determine the correct part number needed. Thanks. Read More...
