Diy-Er March 01, 2013 for Model Number JES1142WD03 Is the WB24X10103 Micro Switch-Substitute TRULY a substitute for the much higher priced Primary Interlock Switch (WB24X823) on my model? I can activate my MW Oven by pushing in slightly on the door release latch. With the case open I can see the WB24X823 flashing slightly as I press the release and I suspect the switch has gone bad. With this part being so expensive, it's simply cheaper to replace the whole unit. But, if the WB24X10103 is a true substitute, I would prefer to repair it. Thanks in advance for your help.
1 Answer Hello! Yes, with the proper wiring the substitute switch WB24X10103 can replace the interlock switch WB24X824. Thanks! Read More...
Max September 13, 2012 for Model Number JES1142SJ04 Can this switch be used as a replacement for GE Switch - Primary & Secondary (Part Number: AP2024331) as well as GE Switch - Interlock (Part Number: AP2024332)? It appears to have both normally closed and normally open terminals, so with proper respect to the wiring could it be used for both?
