Artie, I believe your model should read JVM250BV001 (BV instead of BY). The replacement door handle is part number WB15X321. The screws, part number WB1X1487, are no longer available. I would suggest taking the original screw to a local home hardware store to match up the screws. Thanks.

George for Model Number JVM1430BD03

Regarding the forum instructions for handle WB15X10022 replacement. There are indeed two screws holding the handle visible after removing the inner door trim. Unfortunately there still two remaining screws that the heads are not visible for access that hold the handle on. The video on the forum shows how to access only two screws. Further information on how to access the "hidden" two screws would be immensely helpful. The previous thread addressing this tells me that the consumer had to pry the outer door cover apart and still had difficulty accessing these two screws. Hopefully there is an easy solution to access for this problem.

Hello George. On some models, you need to remove the inner frame from the door. The frame unsnaps from the door using a flat blade. Then you can access the screws for the handle WB15X10022.
