Dawn February 24, 2020 for Model Number JGBS66REK1SS The previous owners had converted to LP, we need to change to NG. What do I need to buy to change it? Can I get away just buying orifices?
1 Answer Dawn, For the cooktop, you will need the following orifices: WB28X26625 WB28K10834 WB28K10023 WB28K10032 WB28K10215 and then you will convert the pressure regulator back to nat. gas and adjust the oven orifice for Nat. Gas. Read More...
Melinda D. December 06, 2019 for Model Number JGP633SET1SS I bought this gas cook top from individual who never used unit, but it didn’t come with the normally included LP gas conversion kit. GE Parts don’t seem to have it but I need all 5 LP orifices because they are apparently each specific to location on stove top. Why is this so hard to find? Do you know where I can get all 5?
1 Answer Hello Melinda, You will need to order one WB28K10214 for the left front, one WB28K10215 for the left rear, one WB28T10017 for the right front, and two WB28K10031 for the center and right rear. Read More...
Li September 21, 2019 for Model Number JGB760SEF1SS What parts are needed to convert back to natural gas? We've replaced the 5 orifices on the stove top. Is the oven orifice the only other thing? Also, would the oven orifice part from model number JGBP33SEH3SS work?
1 Answer Li, as the manufacturer does not list the oven NG orifices separately from the connecting parts, the elbow assembly WB28X20389 and the control valve WB21X21506 would be needed. Read More...

Tim October 15, 2018 for Model Number jgbs60ref1ss Hi, i have GE range - jgbs60ref1ss It's been converted to LP by previous owner, and i'm looking to make it back to work on Nat Gas. I need original set of Orifice for Nat Gas, but all i can find is for LP. Looks like the Nat Gas orifice manufacturing for my particular model was discontinued. I'm assuming all GE made orifice would fit any of GE stoves as they are interchangeable, as long as BTU output matches, but i could be wrong. My user manual says I need one large 12,500btu, two medium 9000btu, and one small 5000btu for my range. Let me know if you have something that would work.
1 Answer Tim, To get the natural gas orifices on this model you will need to get the orifice holder and tubing Left front WB28K10190, left rear WB28K10188, right rear WB28K10187, and right front WB28K10803. Read More...
1 Answer Hello Bruce. The orifice is the part that lets a small amount of gas come out into the burner. The hole size determines the amount of gas released. Read More...

Mrs V August 16, 2017 for Model Number RGA724EK6WH My stove was converted to LP gas by a registered plumber. The stove top works fine. However, when I turn on the oven, big 6" flames come up into the oven--regardless of what temperature I select. The appliance repairman said I need a "LP nipple" for the oven. I am unable to find this part. GE said they only sell regulators for the stovetop--not the oven. Do I need a part for the oven or just an adjustment? Thanks in advance.
1 Answer Mrs V. You will want to tighten the oven orifice 1 1/2 to 2 turns and open the air shutter fully on the burner tube. This should correct the issue. Read More...
