Pb In Texas August 26, 2016 for Model Number Unknown My mid century house has natural gas wall jets (my term ... I am not really sure what the gas delivery part is called) that were used for space heaters. All of he jets have been capped except the one in my faux fireplace where I have a vintage log gas heater that is not connected to the jet. I recently had a city gas company inspection and was told I have to cap that jet before they will turn on my gas (i.e., no hot water or stove). What is the name of the part I need in order to cap the gas jet? Thanks so much for your help!
1 Answer PB, Unfortunately we do not have any technical information on gas fireplaces to be able to assist. It sounds like it may be the orifice that is needed but we do not have information to be able to tell. Read More...
