Robert February 06, 2013 for Model Number JBP78A0B1AA The oven doesn't heat as well as it used to. Things take 20-30% longer to bake. The element is 20 years old, is that the problem?
1 Answer Hello Robert. You need to test the oven sensor WB23X5340. It should read 1100 ohms at room temp and 1650 ohms at 350°. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...

1 Answer Hello Josh, I found about seven models that have the characters you listed for your model number. Within those seven models there were only two bake element choices. Bake element WB44T10018 or WB44T10055. If you look at the pictures on our website I bet you can figure out which one is yours. Good luck! Read More...
