Carlos, This actuator pad will just pull straight off. If you can get fingers or something to get ahold of it just pull out and it will release as it is just held in by 4 pins

Hello Stanley, You will want to check the dispenser lever for damage. The dispenser lever is behind the actuator pad and you will have to remove dispenser facing to check. It sounds like the spring is bad.

Hello Cindy, You would just pull the actuator pad off. If you can grab from top just pop it loose. This just slides back in. There are four pegs on the back.

Hello Garth. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the solenoid assembly WR62X107 is bad and may need to be replaced. Check and see if the solenoid assembly is sticking on the unit. If so, you will need to order and replace the solenoid assembly. If the solenoid is working good, then you will need to order and replace the spring WR2X8663 on the unit.

Hi Dot. There is no pictorial view to see the exact type of fountain keypad you have. If it is the keypad that you think is hard to press, then this is part #WR17X4211. There is a control board that sends the water valve the command to start the water dispense is part # WR55X129. If the water valve is not shutting off in time, then this part # is WR57X10051. If the water line is kinked behind the unit , it will not allow the water valve enough pressure to keep closed. Thank You.
