Sandra Fey May 10, 2020 for Model Number WR17X11139 The handle is not snapping on vegetable pan, the depth on this new handle is a little deeper than it was on my other the handle, the plastic on handle hits the plastic on pan and won't snap on, needs to be a little shorter. Also the handle sits slightly above the glass shelf and that's not how it should be. Please help! Crisper Pan Handle model # on handle you sent me is: WR17X11139 Vegetable Pan model # you sent me is: WR32X1083 Please check to make sure I was sent the correct handle for this vegetable pan. Also, handle says Humidity Control and has HIGH written on left and LOW on the right with a slit in the middle but nothing in slit to slide to make high or low.
