Malcolm, The WE25X10001 rear drum bearing usually makes a higher pitched or squealing noise, unless it's totally worn out and damaged. A loud rumbling noise could be the result of a worn out idler pulley WE03X29378 or damaged, rounded out blower wheel WE16X28 . It is a bit awkward to service a dryer on any stacked laundry product. but it is relatively easy and you should be able to perform the repairs yourself.

Hello Bong. Turn the drum by hand and make sure it is not locked up. If not, open the door and tape the door switch closed. Then press the start button and turn by hand and see if it starts to turn. If so, the motor is bad and will need to be replaced.
