Paul September 02, 2014 for Model Number gsh22jsdbss I get on your web site and put in this model # and I get some very helpful pictures etc. what I am looking for is to replace to right hand drawer slide rails part numbers WR72X240 and WR72X242 shown as items 480 and 479 respectfully on the parts schematic. However, when I enter the same model number in the parts confirmation block it says sorry, not compatible. Can you help me get my order straight?

Kurt K April 05, 2011 for Model Number GSL25JFTABS SER# FM221432 Why am I having to replace this slide every 4 months? The first few were replaced under warranty. It is just me and wife, no kids and no rough treatment.
