Guest March 09, 2011 Hi, again. I have tried turning that part but it does not budge. I also cannot tell whether it is a left or right turn to determine if I am turning in the correct direction. By the picture I would guess that a counter clockwise turn loosens it, but it just won't budge. Do I need a special tool?
1 Answer Hello. Use a screw driver to use as a pry bar. Insert it in the square opening under the spray arm assembly to unscrew. It should turn counterclockwise. Hope this helps. Read More...
Guest March 04, 2011 My spray arm has bits of broken glass in it which are hindering water ejection. How do I remove the spray arm for cleaning? I can't find instructions for that process anywhere.
