Barbara January 30, 2014 for Model Number HDA1200G00WW water leaking at the bottom of the door. Do you think it would be the spray arm or the seal around the door.
1 Answer Barbara, You will want to check the spray arm for cracks or plugged holes in the spray arm. If this checks ok then the door seal would be the issue. Read More...

John March 07, 2013 for Model Number GSD 950T/ GSD980TWW Tablets not disolving. So when I had trouble rolling lower dish basket in the machine in and out, I noticed a knife blade protruding down and blocking lower sprayer arm. I removed lower basket and found sprayer arm rotating with some difficulty. Top assembly seemed loose and in fact center top assembly seemed broken as I could lift it out with my fingers. Does this require a replacement of sprayer assembly?
1 Answer Hello Ronnie! Use a screw driver to use as a pry bar. Insert it in the square opening under the spray arm assembly to unscrew. It should turn counterclockwise. Read More...
Paulo December 13, 2012 for Model Number ge dishwasher gsd1100 g00ww Is the spray bar on this dishwasher supposed to be easily removable? On mine, I can just pull up gently on the bar and it comes out of the tower. It seems like it shouldn't do that since water pressure could just push it up out of the tower and into contact with the bottome of the dish rack. I think mine might be missing a bearing or a seal.
1 Answer Hello Paulo. No, the spray arm screws into the sump assembly. If it is loose, you will need to order and replace the spray arm assembly WD22X154 on the unit. Read More...

Rachel November 12, 2012 for Model Number gsd2000g00ww I just moved into a house with this model dishwasher. When I turn the dishwasher on, the middle piece of the spray arm does not come up and the water in the spray arm isn't coming out very well. I opened the door during the cycle and the dishwasher does not stop its cycle. Any help on what to do would be greatly appreciated.
1 Answer Hello Rachel, This is an issue with the drain valve leaking pressure. The drain valve is not available without the pump housing assembly. The easiest way to correct this issue is by replacing the pump and motor assembly WD26X10013. This will restore the pressure inside the unit so the water spray will supply the detergent water to all surfaces of the dishes for a satisfactory wash result. The door interlock switch WD21X10261 is stuck which is why the unit door can be opened and the cycle continues. Read More...
Harry S. October 24, 2012 for Model Number thermador wd24QB warming drawer I turned the control knob and it doesn't turn on? What could it be?
1 Answer Hi. First inspect the drawer external ON/OFF switch part # 00189432 to see if the drawer actually engages it when pushed closed for safety. The thermostat part # 00189418 has to close and send voltage to the drawer heater part # 00486314. Ohm these parts out for closed continuity to be able to utilize power. Thank You. Read More...
