  • Helps resolve intermittent or no spark at one or more burners
  • 12 o'clock orientation matches the valve shaft's flat position for proper fit
What's included: One igniter switch Install notes:
  • Disconnect power and shut off gas before servicing
  • Pull off the knob and access the switch from the control panel
  • Note wire positions before transfer; replace one switch at a time
  • Verify correct shaft orientation (12 o'clock) to match your valve style

Mary, it is recommended that the burner head is cleaned thoroughly where the ignitor WB02X10822 sparks to the burner head. A small flat head screwdriver, sandpaper, or an SOS pad can be used to clean the surface. This will allow the ignitor to ground properly which will allow the spark module WB13T10076 to "sense" when the flame is lit. If the issue persists, the spark module would be the likely failure as it is occurring on all of the burners.

James, This issue would be more likely an issue with the igniter switch WB24X10091 that the contact is sticking past the lite section of the knob.

Peter for Model Number ZDP48N6RH1SS

I'm looking for a replacement switch for the grill control for a ZDP48N6RH1SS (GE Monogram 6 burner with grill top). The broken switch looks almost identical to: http://www.appliancepartspros.com/ge-switch-igniter-12-wb24x10091-ap3186866.html Except, the off position is upside down for the grill. It's like the off position is 12 oclock for the burners, but the grill is 6 oclock. When you look at the brass stems coming of the manifold the half moon is the opposite side for the grill vs all the standard burners. The parts digram doesn't differentiate the switch, but I'm fairly certain it is unique. Thanks

Peter, The switch will be the same for each of the burners on the unit. If there was a different switch the manufacturer would designate this switch as being a different part number.

Lakeisha J for Model Number ZGG542LCP1SS

I have the GE Monogram 54" professional outdoor grill with 12" cooktop/side burner. When I turn the knobs for the side burner, they click, spark, and ignite. However, when I turn the knobs for the actual grill burners, sear burner, or rotisserie, none of them click, spark, or ignite. I can light the burners with a match and the grill works fine. I'm just curious as to what could be the problem. The grill was working fine and just all of a sudden stopped. This is a very nice grill and I would like for it to work properly. Thanks

Lakeisha, Check to make sure that the battery in the unit is good. If the battery is good then it sounds like the issue would most likely be in the ignition kit which is part number WB02X11432.

Mary for Model Number ZGU375NSD2SS

GE Monogram 5 burner cook top. The two right burners will spark but not ignite and make no clicking sound when trying to ignite. The large center burner and two left burners will spark, ignite, but will continue to spark and make the clicking sound even with the burners fully ignited and working. The sparking and clicking sound that it makes when igniting never goes away even when the burner is turned up to high and could be on forever. What parts do I need to repair? Thank you!

Hello Lance, Gas appliances are a bit more sensitive to spills since gas flow is easily disrupted. I would first clean around the burner area and check that nothing is obstructing the orifice. Any panels of metal that are screwed together should be loosened and re-tightened to ensure a proper ground to the burner. This is the electrical ground for the surface burners ignitor. If this checks good, since it is not ignitors' fault the flame went out, I would consider changing the valve WB21X5357 for that burner.
