Linda July 15, 2014 for Model Number HDM1853BJ02 Our microwave works but the rotation device no longer turns the place around. I think I need the motor but apparently there is a round replacement and a square one. I called your company and was told I would have to take the entire microwave off of the wall as it is mounted. However, I have read where others have said it is a very easy 5 minute fix. My question is how do I get to the motor to see which one I need and to replace it? Thank you.
1 Answer Linda, If you remove the screws from the base of the microwave, the bottom will roll down and you will be able to access the turntable motor. Read More...

Frank May 28, 2013 for Model Number fmv156ddc Microwave stopped heating but everything else works. Fan, lights, time display, it even counts down. What could it be?
1 Answer Hello Frank. You need to see if the magnetron or the diode is bad and is causing the issue with the unit. The diode should only read one direction and the magnteron less than 1 ohm and no cracked magnets. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
