Linda April 01, 2012 for Model Number wm2277hb I wanted to know my glass is crack to my washer door. I was ordering the door I need to know when I order the door assembly, does the door come with the glass ? I need to know if I need anything else. When I close the door my door don't click so the water won't come in to wash the clothes. Is the sensor on the door when I replace it or do I have to order something else along with the door that I will be ordering ? Thank you, waiting for your response.
1 Answer Hi Linda. Yes according to the view, the door assy. comes with the glass assy. part # 3581ER1008Z. If the door does not click, is the door striker allowing the door latch to know it is closed ? If the door strike part # MFG62439301 does not enter the door latch part # EBF49827801 fully it will not allow the signal to return back to the main control board part # 6871ER1078T. Since the board does not "see" a shut door latch, then for safety reasons it will not allow fill. Look carefully at all of this as you are trying to close the door. December 27, 2011 for Model Number WM2277HB Thanks for your previous reply BUT I noted in my first sentence above that the crack is in the Interior glass near the door frame - not the Exterior glass. It isn't in the large rounded part that faces into the washing machine. Thanks for your help.

December 27, 2011 for Model Number WM2277HB I accidentally tapped the extended inner glass door piece on the washing machine & it put a crack in the glass - about six inches long going with the curve of the glass. The crack is on the side of the glass closest to the door part - not the part facing into the dryer. Can it be used like this or do I have to replace the whole door?

Shari November 27, 2011 for Model Number WM3677HW I do not need the whole door just the plastic piece to the outside, the heat cracked it in the garage. I need a hinge and new latch. Do I have to replace the the whole door?
