Min April 25, 2015 for Model Number LRSC26940ST The pipe with a spring around it has sprung a leak at the bottom of the fridge, what do I do?
1 Answer Min, If the tubing is located at the bottom of the door then and is on the side that comes from under the unit then this would require a new tube part number MJU62070603. If it is the tube that runs up into the door then you would need a door as the tube for the door is not available. Read More...
Nito R April 14, 2015 for Model Number LG LSC27950ST The water line under the freezer door sprung a pin hole leak last night. There are two unions under the door one for white the other for the blue line. The white line is the one with the pin hole. I was thinking of splitting the line and placing a union in between but the line bends towards the bottom of the refrigerator where the pin hole leak is. How do I replace this line? Thank you!
1 Answer Nito, If the tubing that is damaged is the side that comes out of the door then the door of the unit would need to be replaced as there is no way to replace that tube. If it is the one that comes from under the unit then it would be the water tank that would need to be replaced. Read More...
Dan April 04, 2015 for Model Number LRSC26930SW I have a LG refrig with the model number indicated. the tube from the floor to the door water dispenser has cracked and broke. Does http://www.appliancepartspros.com/lg-tube-pe-5210ja3004k-ap4445606.html replace that tube and does it come with instructions to replace the tube? I cant find how to open the door up to replace the tube. Also what is the number for the other tube that goes from the filter to the connector below the door. Thanks in advance -- Dan
1 Answer Dan, The connector at the bottom of the door is part number 4932JA3002A. The tubing that runs into the door is a non replaceable part and would require having the door panel replaced. The part number for the door is ADC30116502 Read More...
Patrick S. January 15, 2015 for Model Number TPX24PRY I need to replace the 5/16" water line for the water dispenser of my GE fridge. Does this need to be made out of Polyethylene (PE), or will vinyl tubing work. For some reasons, my local hardware stores carry 1/4" PE tubing, but not 5/16". Your part descriptions do not say what the tubing is made out of.
1 Answer Patrick, the water lines are usually nylon. If its the tubing that runs down the door, it is part number WR17X3670. Thanks. Read More...
Dodie January 11, 2015 Hi I need 25' of this... How much for product and how much for shipping and postage? Thank you
1 Answer Dodie, The part number listed MJU62070603 is not a 25' section and does not come as such. Here is a part number for a Frigidaire water tank kit which has 5/16" water line coiled up. Not sure how much it is that is coiled up but will be as close to 25 foot as you can get. The part number for this tank is 5303918258 and has a bigger thickness of the outer wall then the other part. Marigrace November 22, 2014 for Model Number LRSC26930SW We have 2 white tubes on back of refrigerator & 1 blue tube. The 2 white ones run parallel. One white tube is 5/16" & the other appears to be 1/4". I see a white tube to order that is 5/16 but do not see a white 1/4" tube to buy. We want to replace all these tubes at the same time.
1 Answer Hello Marigrace, The icemaker tube, (blue tube), is 5210JA3030C. The two white tubes are MJU62070603 and 5210JA3005E. Not3e that the secone tube is blue also but this is what they have listed for that tube. Read More...
John August 20, 2014 for Model Number LRSC26930TT The water line running from the bottom of the freezer door to the dispenser is leaking. How can I replace this and with which part? Thanks
1 Answer Hello John, I'm sorry but the water line is not listed individually. This normally means that the water line is installed in the blown insulation at the factory and is not considered serviceable. To correct the issue, the door assembly 3581JA8569B would have to be ordered. Read More...
Louise August 12, 2014 for Model Number dmt pe tube 0.d5/16"xt.do.216" 70 Is this tube the same as yours if not could you please let me know the length many thanks
1 Answer Louise, If we have the model number of the refrigerator we can confirm the part number for the tubing that is needed. Based on the part number supplied MJU62070603 this is a LG tube for a refrigerator and is 5/16" O.D. We do not have the inner dimensions for the tube. The length of the tube would be approximately 6 ft long. Read More...
