I have asked a couple of times now about this issue, but I just want to be sure before we proceed because the part that I was told to order is a literal sticker for $120! Just to clarify . . . we have two codes flashing 2 times each: 5E and 41 E. I do have toe part to fix the 5E issue, but it’s the one 41E error code that I’m referencing right now. I ordered the inlay display (which is the sticker) DA64-03364A , which was the part told to order to fix this error code, but I just want to make sure this is right before we attempt to fix because, like I mentioned, it is a sticker worth $120, and I want to be sure this is correct so that we don’t try to fix it then can’t return it if it’s not correct due to it being a used sticker. I hope this makes sense. Other than the code and not being able to press anything on the display to make our fridge run, there are no glitches on our display at all. Will this sticker really fix this problem? Please help! ~Misty
1 Answer Misty, error 41E shows that it is a communication failure from the dispenser control assembly DA97-08518D to the main control rather than solely being a touchpad DA64-03364A failure. While it is possible that a shorted touchpad can cause a control not to operate properly, replacing the dispenser assembly would be the best option. Read More...

Jason January 17, 2023 for Model Number RF4287HAWP/XAA My fridge went to Demo mode and shows 0F 0F. It is not cooling. I tried to get it out of Demo mode by pressing the two left top buttons for 8-10 seconds to no avail. It is not cooling at all. Neither the fridge or freezer. Would this be the PCB or the Inverter Control Board?

Steve August 09, 2021 for Model Number RF4267HABP/XAA-00 The Ice maker (top left in French Door Refrigerator) seems to not be getting water. Running test button does no good. Does the ice maker have board that calls for water to charge the maker or is that from the main board? Thanks
1 Answer Steve, The icemaker works in conjunction with the main control board for functioning. It would be recommended to push the test button to cycle the icemaker and test to see if the water valve is getting 120 Vac. If it is then the water valve will be faulty. Connor June 30, 2021 for Model Number RFG298HDBP/XAA-0000 I had a problem where both evaporator coils froze. After defrosting both, the refrigerator evap fan was not working.
