Linda July 29, 2017 for Model Number RF4287HARS/XAA-0001 The fridge is working fine but the Freezer is not working. Temp vary from 29deg to 60deg. Do i need the main control board and inverter? 1 Answer Linda, At temperature fluctuation of 29 to 60 degrees you will want to remove the rear wall in the freezer and look at the frost pattern on the evaporator coils. Ed Nash December 23, 2016 for Model Number RF4287HARS/XAA-0000 My ice maker is not producing ice and i tried changing out the ice maker assembly and it is still not working. I verified the water solenoid is opening., replaced the filter, tried hitting the test button on the ice maker many times. I have a feeling it may be an issue with the board. The only problem is there are 3 different boards on this model so which would be the the cause of the ice maker not working?
1 Answer Ed, The main PCB is Part Number DA41-00684A / DA41-00684A . The ice maker circuit harness is attached to the CN 90 connector on the board. The control board could be the issue for the ice maker not working, based on your post information.
