Ben February 17, 2017 for Model Number WA456DRHDWR/AA-0001 I need to replace the bracket for our washing machine. It appears you can not just order the bracket but I am not sure which replacement I need. My old assemble number is DC97-16985A and I put that my machine was a -0001 however this is just a guess as it is not list on the model number on my machine. It was manufactured in 2012.11. Can you give me the proper replacement assemble number?

George May 09, 2016 for Model Number WA456DRHSU/AA Washer drains down then go's into spin at the 8 min mark will start to shake ,,, As it seams to be unbalanced ,,moving clothing around makes no change in the shake if you let it go it will go back to the 22 min mark and start over then down to the 8 min mark again. removed lines from the pump no clog drained off the rest of the water from the tub . seemed to spin out fine that time and two other times after that , note ;my pump is still mounted to the to the tub .so with new pump is a kit available with hoses and brackets for the upgrade ?

Mike February 24, 2016 for Model Number WA456DRHDWR/AA my bracket broke that holds drain/pump onto bottom of washer tub. 3 times 3 different stores, this website being one of them. I've ordered the replacement cause my bracket (DC63-01427A) is no longer available. The bolt holes on the replacement (DC61-03550A) does not line up.?? Something I have noticed is my old bracket says 2x2 on it. Replacement size says 2x1. I'm sure its size length width I'm thinking. Can you help?

Sean October 30, 2015 for Model Number WA456DRHDWR/AA-0000 Our drain pump bracket is broken and no longer available. It was parts number DC63-01427A. I was told by a Samsung rep. to get a DC97-17349B pump assembly, which would contain the new bracket and pump all in one. I have it now, but the bracket is completely different and mounts on the bottom of the washer frame instead of on the bottom of the tub like the old one. The hoses won't be right and it won't work. Is there another part I need to make this work. Please help!! Thank you
