Hello KES, This assembly (AP5332050) isn't serviceable as per Samsung. They recommend the replacement of the complete assembly.

RBk, When the ice tray is latching it should not be able to be pushed out by ice or by the auger turning. It sounds like the bin is not latching properly in which it would require a new bin.

Stuart, There may be a problem with the auger not being lined up with the coupler or the arm for the solenoid may be out of position. You will want to check the arm of the ice bin that goes into the motor housing to make sure that it is not bent and check to make sure that there is nothing obstructing it to slide in place. Also turn the auger a little to try to line up properly.
