Kes June 19, 2013 for Model Number Sumsung RF267AA All of a sudden the lever that triggers either ice or water dispense from the door does not work. There is no sound or tension/resistance from the lever. Ice (cubed and crushed) and water were working fine previously. Thank you for your help!

Rbk June 03, 2013 for Model Number RF267AEBP I have an issue with the tray consistantly being pushed out by the ice being made. I have to slam the tray back in for it to dispence. why is this a constant issue, is it the water valve not being lined up? or could it be another problem? I have checked the tray, it is latching on the right side, not sure of left, cannot see it.

Stuart R April 09, 2013 for Model Number RF268ABRS After removing the ice tray to break up some icecube clumping was unable to return tray all the way in. Removed tray entirely before but never had trouble returning to sleeve.
1 Answer Stuart, There may be a problem with the auger not being lined up with the coupler or the arm for the solenoid may be out of position. You will want to check the arm of the ice bin that goes into the motor housing to make sure that it is not bent and check to make sure that there is nothing obstructing it to slide in place.
