Kathy March 08, 2021 for Model Number WF45N5300AW/US-00 Our Washer will not spin. We have gotten 2 different codes. My husband took it apart after getting a 3C6 and then when he put it back together it says 3C2. The resistance on the stator ( red to white, red to blue, blue to white) is 12 ohms. One winding on the stator had a wire touching on a second winding. He does not know if that is an issue. It did not make a difference in the error code. Can you help us figure out what parts we need?.
1 Answer Kathy, the resistance of the stator DC31-00111A windings should measure 6O rather than 12. As the resistance is quite a bit high, the windings have failed and the stator would need to be replaced. Read More...
Michael December 08, 2020 for Model Number WF45N5300AW/US-00 I have a WF45N5300AW front load Samsung. I have a 3C2 error and the drum will attempt to spin in either direction but just jerk and set the code. I have tested the stator windings and they read 12.7 ohms on each terminal. I am also getting proper rpm signal on the hall sensors via voltage testing. Is the the correct resistance value for this model?
1 Answer Michael, Based on the information provided the Samsung error 3C2 refers to a motor circuit error> 1st unplug machine for 1-2 mins. if the problem persists or returns check all the wiring connections in the motor circuit all the way back to the board, if still have issue replace the motor/viberation switch and or the motor. Al July 02, 2013 for Model Number WF419AAW/XAA I went to your site first since I have purchased quite a few parts from here. I searched for my model on your site and found no results. I Googled Samsung parts and was directed to samsung which shows DC31-00111A as the Stator for my model. When I reference if this part is compatible with my model it says no, but I assume my model is just not listed. Is this correct part?
