Sheri December 10, 2019 Samsung Pulsator Cap snapped off. Nothing new there. But how do I clear the slots in the pulsator to install the new cap? Push them through?
1 Answer Sheri, Pushing the debris through is one alternative. Use a small flat blade "pocket" screwdriver or awl to scrape and remove as much debris and deposits from the pulsator center, clean the area thoroughly and snap the cap back into position. You may want to remove the pulsator, soak it in hot water to loosen and remove any light debris then scrape the remaining build-up from the area and re-install the pulsator and cap. Read More...

1 Answer Guy, The unit leaking would have nothing to do with the pulsator cap. Look for damaged hoses or leaking valve. I these things are good then look for a bad tub seal. Read More...
