Juan November 19, 2017 for Model Number DC66-00777A The pulsator cap on our Samsung washer broke off and at least one, possibly two, of the tabs that was holding it in place on the wash plate fell below the plate. My question is can the washer operate normally without retrieving the tabs or do they have to be found and removed?
1 Answer Juan, Yes the washer will work properly with the tabs not being removed from the unit and you just need to install a new pulsator cap. Read More...

Lynn September 08, 2017 for Model Number WA50F9A6D I ordered this pulsator cap January 7th, it broke last week, August. Can you tell me why this would break again? Am I doing something wrong? One of the prongs that snap it in place broke off both times. I have a hard time believing that this part needs to be replaced every 8 months.
1 Answer Lynn, The normal causes of the pulsator cap breaking would be caused by overloading of the unit and too much weight sitting on the cap. Read More...

Kim K June 23, 2017 for Model Number WA48H7400AW/A2 I am trying to order a pulsator cap for our samsung clothes washer. When I go to order the part, it looks correct and I believe the parts number is correct as AP5788799. I then use the parts cross reference option and the option keeps telling me the part is incorrect and directs me back to the diagram of my washer to order the correct part. How can use your site to order if I and not confident I am ordering the correct part. This is a easy fix on the appliance and I don't need repair person to fix this. Please help me with my confidence level to order from this site.
Cody June 16, 2017 I have replaced the pulsator and it is inserted correctly but the clothes come out with little pieces of dirt on them. This has happened with two loads. What should I do?
1 Answer Cody, When you replaced the pulsator, did you check and clean the area under the pulsator. Did you replace the pulsator bolt or dab a little thread lock on the bolt, and get it down and as tight as possible ? ow you need to check the up and down play in the pulsator. the movement shouldn't exceed 1/8-3/16 in. if it does, then you'll need to check the clutch for excess wear. If not you'll want to use a cleaning product like "affresh" W10549845 to wash out the tubs and reduce any detergent or softener build up in between the tubs. Read More...
