Manufacturer Part Number: DE81-09179A

This OEM part is sold individually and is a relay control board for ovens. An oven relay control board is a circuit board that receives signals from the main oven control board. The relay control board then relays the signal to regulate the oven's essential functions. If the oven is no longer turning on, heating properly, or regulating its temperature, it might be time for a new relay board. Luckily, replacing this part is not a difficult process. To replace the relay board make sure the oven is unplugged. Gain access to the upper back panel on the back of the range and remove the screws. Once the panel is removed access the relay board, and remove the wire harness as well as any individual wires attached to the old board. Make sure to take note of the orientation of the wires. Replug the wires into their correct terminals on the new board and snap the new board back in place. Resecure the upper back panel. This genuine replacement part is sold individually and is compatible with Samsung brand ovens.

For Samsung Oven Relay Control Board (Part Number: OEM21056610)

Ironandsteel for Model Number Dacor ERD48SBK/LP

This Dacor ERD48SBK/LP started randomly throwing the F1 fault and the annoying beeping. I removed the front bezel and the membrane switch panel and the controller circuit board. The board looks very clean as do the membrane switches, but I cleaned these anyway. I have sprayed the molex connections with deoxit and re-seated. The fault still appears after a couple minutes upon repowering. Looking in at the relay board, it is really gunked up and I'd like to clean it and bench test the relays. I have not figured out how to remove this and the other electronics in there. The oven is currently slid into place between two countertops, so I can't get to the back and sides. Do I need to pull it out?

Ironandsteel, The relay board will be held in by push clips that you have to squeeze in on and then lift the board off them. As far as access the relay board you would need to pull the unit out in order to get to it.

Eric, For this issue it sounds like it would be caused by a faulty relay control board.

Dalius B for Model Number CPS227S

I have Dacor double oven, the top is not working at all bake or broil, bottom works fine, when setting temperature there is strange buzzing sound from the relay board, then another click the temp on the display shows 135F preheat for a few seconds then goes away back to the clock and no heat. thermal fuse has continuity. haven't checked the temp probe. could it be a problem a relay board? thank you for your help? if it doesn't resolve the problem, can the board be returned?

Rick for Model Number dacor mov130s

I am guessing that the relay board is bad since I ruled out the high limit switch. The below notes states that you would accept a return if the I purchased the relay board and it turns out not to be the problem. Broken glass window and baking element not working on dacor oven My Repair & Advice Replaced glass window. Very easy to fix following web instructions. Checked resistance of baking element and found it within range. Web search suggested relay board was the problem. Since ApplicancePartsPros was willing to ship the part AND take it back for a return in the event the board was not the problem, I figured I had nothing to lose. The new board and glass window arrived the day after they were ordered (and this with standard shipping!). The old board required some effort to access and remove, but once the new board was installed the oven worked like new again. I figured I saved about $200 on a repair visit!! I could not be happier with my experience!!!! I just asked a question about returning the board on a dacor mov130s some background. After self cleaning for 4 hours the oven will not heat. I tested the limit switch - no issue. I read that it may be the relay board. Everything appears to work including the fan but the oven does not heat

Cole B for Model Number MCS130

I have a wall mount dacor mcs130. The oven doesn't want to self clean or heat . When I preheat the oven to 350 it gets there through the convection I believe as the back burner doesn't get red. I've tested it out and it checks out good. When you hit broil I can see the top burner get red. Also on the self clean the over door locks it just doesn't get hot. I'm assuming it's a controller board but I want to make sure before I drop 300.00. Thanks for the help.
