This OEM part is sold individually and is a relay control board for ovens. An oven relay control board is a circuit board that receives signals from the main oven control board. The relay control board then relays the signal to regulate the oven's essential functions. If the oven is no longer turning on, heating properly, or regulating its temperature, it might be time for a new relay board. Luckily, replacing this part is not a difficult process. To replace the relay board make sure the oven is unplugged. Gain access to the upper back panel on the back of the range and remove the screws. Once the panel is removed access the relay board, and remove the wire harness as well as any individual wires attached to the old board. Make sure to take note of the orientation of the wires. Replug the wires into their correct terminals on the new board and snap the new board back in place. Resecure the upper back panel. This genuine replacement part is sold individually and is compatible with Samsung brand ovens.

Hello Matt. It could be the relay board. It is located under the access panel in the top of the unit. You will need to uninstall the unit from the wall to access it. Thank you.

Frank for Model Number CPD227

Lower oven will not energize any of the 3 heating elements. Upper oven works fine. Replaced lower oven relay board (62681) and the ERC controller. High temp limit switch appears to be OK. When pressing any lower oven heating function, the "prebake" icon will illuminate. This is followed by the "on" icon. At this point one should hear a relay click as is the case with the upper oven. Do you know what would cause failure of any of the lower oven relays to "click"? I have not replaced the main relay board (92029).

Frank, This issue sounds like it would more than likely be that the lower oven relay board is not getting proper power which would indicate a main relay board issue or a wiring issue.

Hello Robert, You will need to replace the board 316443920 to correct this issue. The cause could have been a faulty component or just a point of high resistance causing a condition of high current flow.

Jon, Based on your post information and description, Yes, the DE81-09179A / 92028 Relay Board, would be the correct part to replace. You most likely have a failed DLB or L2 Relay on the board and are not allowing 220-240 VAC to the bake or broil element and they won't heat properly. The part is in stock and available at this time. Thanks,

Hello Bill. You will need to check and see if the relay stuck on the board and caused the code. If so, you will need to replace the relay board on the unit.

Mike, Unfortunately the metal housing will not slide out and you would need to pull the unit out from the wall and remove the main top on the unit to get the relay board out.
