Hello Mvr, the thermostat you are referring to is part DE47-20034A however you did not state what the problem with the microwave is. This thermostat is open at room temperature and closes on temperature (158 deg) rise to activate the exhaust blower (opens at 105 deg on cooldown) if the underside of the oven gets hot enough when using the cooktop under it.

Fred, the thermostat DE47-20034A should the the left thermostat on the base behind the control board and should read closed circuit for continuity. For it to read open, it would have failed. The thermostat DE47-00050C to the right of it should read open circuit.

Ashley, When there is an issue for not heating, the first thing to check would be the door switches for continuity. Once the door switches have been eliminated as being the issue you will test each thermostat for continuity. If there is no continuity then the thermostat will need to be replaced.

Carter, It would not likely be the thermostat that is faulty causing the microwave to work. Check for a blown buss fuse and if the fuse is blown then test for continuity on the door switches.

Hello Jim, the thermostat is part ( 6930W1A003B) which has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available. It is rated for 120v, the 110/60 rating are its open/close temperature values in Celsius.
