Christine July 01, 2023 replaced water inlet valve because water dispenser stopped working. Ice maker was and is still working, if this matters. Water dispenser worked for about 5 minutes after installing the new inlet valve. Replaced the filter and still no water. Any ideas?

Wrw September 01, 2022 for Model Number RF4287HARS/XAA-0001 Previously had plastic line from valve to icemaker replaced. Water leaks from icemaker and freezes in/ on auger, broke auger (plastic end). We have high village water pressure. Could leak be from icemaker or caused by valve? Thanks WRW

Jim E May 13, 2020 for Model Number RS25H5111SR/AA Have replaced the ice maker assembly, the water valve and still does not work. Seems to not want to warm ice for removal and produces less than a full tray of water or none.
1 Answer Jim, It would be recommended to test to see if there is power coming from the main control board when the icemaker cycles going to the water valve. This issue sounds like it would be caused by a faulty main control board since it is an intermittent issue and the icemaker and valve have been replaced. Rick March 24, 2018 for Model Number RH25H5611SR My ice maker stoped making ice ,when I push the test button and it goes through a cycle and the water starts to fill but stops with a loud solenoid click . The door no ice light flashes also ,but when I fill the tray with water manually the light stops flashing and I get one tray of ice . The drinking water dispenser works fine

Joe B October 07, 2015 for Model Number RS25H5111WW/AA-0000 Only a 1 year 2 months old, won't make ice all the time. Some times 8 cubes,then stops. I have set the reseat button a number of times, still the same thing. Have changed the filter, would it be the water filter.
