Bruce March 24, 2011 for Model Number msd2351heq water valve ps206910 Where exactly is the "fill tube" that can be apparently frozen. It's not at all clear from the drawings. Also how do the connectors work on the water valve. Advice is to "press down" on the tubes, is NOT clear. Press where ? Thanks.
1 Answer Hello Bruce. The fill tube is located on the back of the refrigerator and goes inside the freezer to fill the icemaker with water. You will press down on the plastic fittings on the valve to release the lines and use your hand to push the lines into the new valve. You should feel a click, when the lines are seated properly. The fittings are the round white and blue connectors in the picture, that you will push down to release. Hope this helps. Read More...

Bruce March 23, 2011 for Model Number msd2351heq water valve ps206910 How to attach water lines. It appears to be a one time use connection? So do I cut the old connection and attach to the new part I ordered from you? are there written instructions? thanks.
1 Answer Hello Bruce. These are compression fittings. You can press in on the plastic fittings and the water lines will pull out. You do not need to cut the lines. Then they will press into the new water valve. Make sure you get them pressed all the way down until they lock into the new valve. Hope this helps. Read More...

Still slower, replaced the spliced in water supply valve. Still come out real slow, couldnt find any kinks in supply tube. Think its the control valve # AP4080917?
