Garrett March 14, 2012 for Model Number ksb7550bo I replaced the drive coupler and ordered collar ap4500695. When I attached collar to blender, the collar isnt fitting on the blender. There is a black pice inside the collar that seems to be moving. Do I need to remove piece for the collar to fit properly on blender? If so how? I dont want to break the collar. Thank you
1 Answer Hi Garrett. The black piece is the seal part # WPW10686132. It needs to be placed inside the collar with the taper towards the top so it fits the jar bottom. There are 2 male notches on the bottom sides of the jar which are inserted in the female cut outs inside the top of the collar.
