The Clip is an OEM part for Whirlpool dishwashers. This part is designed to hold and secure the tine rows in the dishwasher rack. Tine rows are the flexible prongs on the dishwasher rack that support dishes and ensure they stay in place during the washing cycle.

Causes of damage to the clip can include normal wear and tear from frequent adjustments or loading, accidental damage during unloading, or degradation from the harsh environment inside the dishwasher, such as exposure to high temperatures and detergents.

Symptoms of a bad Clip include:

  • Tine rows becoming loose or detaching from the dishwasher rack
  • Difficulty in adjusting the position of the tine rows
  • Missing or broken clips

This OEM Whirlpool part is also compatible with Maytag, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, Amana, Magic Chef, Admiral, Norge, Roper and some Kenmore models.
