James G Green Bay , WI November 01, 2021 Appliance: KitchenAid Dishwasher KDTE254ESS2 The dishwasher's upper rack (hardware) broke & left me with an upper rack hanging down (low). The schematic diagram and instruction video helped me to disassemble the rack and component hardware pieces. It helped me to determine what was good and what needed replacement. I ordered the broken pieces, re-used the remaining pieces, had them 1-day Fed-Ex delivered, and was up and running the next afternoon! ...even with overnight delivery, still cheaper than a service call. thumbs up!
