John October 17, 2017 for Model Number wdf530payb7 The jet dry dispencer was always full. It has not emptied after months of using dishwasher. I replaced it and it still does the same thing. I had 2 repairman from 2 different company's, they said that the dispencer is working fine. I asked why is the dispencer is always full, and both said that my capsuls have jet dry in them so very litlle jet dry from the dispencer is used. I know that the dispencer would empty out when we first got this dishwasher(new) even with jet dry in the soap capsuls It is now 6 yrs. old. Is it a control board problem?

Wayne April 21, 2014 for Model Number Whirlpool Dishwasher WDF530PAYB0 The dishwasher fills with water then it sits there doing nothing for 10 to 15 minutes then it drains and starts the cycle over again. I thought the motor had gone out so I replaced the motor assembly but it is doing the same thing. I am thinking the control board has gone out but I really do not know, any ideas? Thank you
1 Answer Hello Wayne, You need to check voltage at P5-2, (pin 3), when the unit should be running. If voltage is there, the harness WPW10496086 has an issue. If no voltage, the board W10473200 is not sending the voltage to the wash motor. Read More...
