Hello Eleanor. No, it does not have instructions. You will need to disconnect the power to the unit. Then remove the screws around the inner door panel and remove the inner door panel. Next remove the screws holding the dispenser in place. Remove the old dispenser and install the new dispenser WPW10224430 in reverse order. Hope this helps.
