Terry December 06, 2014 I got the replacement soap dispenser and when I took off the front panel there is styrofoam glued to the door and the panel will not lift off. How do I get the panel off? It seems to be caught at the bottom.
1 Answer Hello Terry, If you gently pull on it, it should pull the rest of the way off. It is not glued by the manufacturer so it must have stuck from the heat produced by the units' normal operation. Read More...

Mark S August 01, 2014 for Model Number DU1100XTPB6 I am replacing the detergent dispenser assembly. The part has been replaced with new part AP3776575. From previous question answers on the website I believe you only connect one wire instead of the two. My question is does the new part accept the female connector on the wire already or does it have to be modified?
1 Answer Mark, If your unit previously had a rinse aid sensor on it then the sensor wire will not get connected. The only wires that will be connected will be the connections for the solenoid which are spade connections. The sensor wire can be taped off and taped to the inside of the door. Read More...
