1 Answer Neal, Yes the complete dispenser assembly will need to be replaced. and the WP8558129 / 8558129 is the correct part to order and install. It isn't a very difficult repair to perform, as long as you have some basic hand tools and basic knowledge and skills. Remove power to the dishwasher, open the door and remove all the inner door liner screws, then separate the door liner from the door assembly, disconnect the wires from the solenoid and remove the six(6) dispenser mounting screws, and slide the dispenser out of the opening. 1 Answer Hello Ron, After the power has been turned off and verified no power is to the unit, the door liner will have to be removed by removing the screws around the perimeter of the inside of the door assembly. Once removed, you will see six screws holding the dispenser in. When these are removed, the old dispenser will come out. Be sure to install the gasket just in case it is loose in the box. Rusty June 20, 2013 for Model Number 665.16934000 Soap dispenser with rinse aid, used in a stainless dishwasher. Shows to use part number 8269121 but to substitution part 8558129, has no card for the wire to plug into for the rinse aid monitor. It using a sight gauge on cover. What to do with the wires going to the rinse aid. If, I don't plug into the monitor the rinse aid empty will always stay light on. Is there a better part with a monitor card?
