1 Answer Hello Gregg, Most of these are raised with a paint scraper/putty knife. There are clips about three inches from the sides under the front of the main top. 1 Answer Hello Chris. If the thermal fuse and the door switch are good, you will need to test the timer and the motor on the unit and see which part has the power, but is not working. If there is power to the motor, and it does not run, you will replace the motor in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
