This OEM replacement part is an oven control board. The control board serves as the main computer to the oven and controls all its essential functions such as baking, maintaining temperature, as well as turning it on and off. If the oven is no longer turning on, or there is an error code on the digital display, this could mean that the control board is no longer operable. Luckily replacing a control board is a relatively simple process. To begin, make sure to unplug the oven. After the power has been shut off, proceed to remove the upper back panel of the range. Once removed gain access to the old control board and snap it out of the locking tabs holding it in place. Take note of the orientation of the wires by taking a photo with a phone camera. Remove the wire harness and individual wires from the old board and place them into the correct terminals of the new board. Snap the new board back in place and reinstall the upper back panel. This genuine replacement part is sold individually and is compatible with General Electric, Hotpoint, and RCA brand ovens.

Kyle for Model Number GW395LEPS00

Our oven suddenly stopped working one night. When we push the bake button, the timer will starts its warm up count down but no ignition, or any clicking. If we push the custom broil button, the oven will click once and no ignition but then 3 seconds later it will click again, once again no ignition. We recently purchased the Electronic Control Board ( AP 6014033) but it was doing the same thing. Now the Custom broil button, temp up and down button stopped work as well. I need help, almost Xmas and santa won't get his cookies.

Kyle, For this issue the most likely cause for this will be that either the control board is faulty or the touch pad is bad.

Hello Joseph, If the model number is actually GW395LEPS00, this fault code indicates the BAKE/BROIL range over temperature. Troubleshoot as follows: 1. Unplug range or disconnect power. 2. Disconnect sensor from harness. 3. Measure sensor value (between connector pins) between 1000 O @ 0° C (32° F) and 2697 O @ 482° C (900° F), (room temperature approx. = 1080 O). Also measure from sensor connector to sensor casing for possible short. If measurements do not correlate to real temperature, or if short is found, replace sensor. 4. Trace the wires and connectors to the sensor from control, and back to control. If wire or connection is damaged, replace the harness. 5. Reconnect the sensor to the harness. 6. Plug in range or reconnect power. 7. Press BAKE and START/ENTER. Observe for longer than 1 minute. If failure remains, go to step 8. 8. Unplug range or disconnect power. 9. Replace control.

Joseph, The F3 E2 error indicates an over temperature in the oven. First check the resistance of the oven temperature probe WPW10131825 (1050 to 1100 ohms resistance) or replace it. If the problem persists then replace the ERC/Clock.

Ryan, You will want to try to hit the cancel button as this would be a power failure error.

Keith, You will want to check the oven sensor for 1090 ohms of resistance. If the resistance checks ok then the control board would be what is causing the unit to not maintain heat.
