H M F March 10, 2011 for Model Number vent 8184600 we have a whirlpool built-in microwave oven bought in 2011. model number RNC275. It replaces one purphased in 1992. This one is exactly the same size of the old one. There is a space under the oven that measures 25" X 4 1/2" inside and with the flange of the oven the outside would be 27" X 5". It is shiny BLACK. Can you help. The installers put a board in the hole. Looks terrible. The old one had a vent at the bottom. Thanks
