Terry June 03, 2015 for Model Number jdr8895aaw I just bought a used Jenn-Air stove with a bad right front burner. It came with a new burner still in the bag. Replacing it looks pretty easy but I would think that the orifice is for natural gas not for propane which I need. How do I get the correct 12.5K propane orifice? Your help would be really appreciated. Regards, Terry Odenbach
1 Answer Hello Terry. If you just replace the burner, then the old orifice will still be in the holder and you will not need to change anything. Read More...

Papi March 22, 2015 for Model Number JDR8895AAW Is the size of the gas orifice different for LP and NG? If so how do I know which I have?
1 Answer Papi, Yes, the size of the opening in the orifice are different. The LP orifices have larger openings, and the size of the opening is "stamped" on the side of the orifice in millimeters (MM). If the range is new, or hasn't been converted to LP gas previously the original orifices should be the smaller NAt gas orifices. the range is shipped for Nat gas from the factory. Read More...
