My icemaker wont dump ice so I think its the motor module but for the price was going to buy new icemaker from your company but when I watched video on how to replace it as I was looking at my fridge my plug only plugs into back of module wires on other end comes out of wall of freezer wall no plug in to change will replacement icemaker fit my existing plug because I have no way to use other plugs that come with it . Help I need ice ready to order hot down down here in Bama these days lol thanks mike

Hello Mike. Yes, you will unplug the connector from the icemaker head and plug your old harness into the head of the new icemaker. There is a clip behind the cover that releases it from the head.

Ronald, Attach your meter leads or test light to the wires for the ice maker solenoid and cycle the ice maker again, you should read 120 VAC across the wires when the rake arm reaches the 1 to 2 o'clock position. No voltage would indicate a broken wire from the freezer wall to the fill valve or a damaged fill contact in the ice maker control module.

Charlie, To remove the dispenser housing you would remove the drip tray from the dispenser. Once removed you will see 2 screws and will need to remove them. Once removed you can remove the dispenser cover.
