Hi. Open the inner door and remove the inner door panel screws. No need to remove the outer door panel. Look on the inside of the control panel part # 6-919819 and see if the 2 - " V " shaped latch pivot points that support the latch part # WPW10130695 have broken and now are laying in the bottom of the inner door panel. Then remove the lower rack and lower kick panel. Make sure all 4 legs are sung on the floor and using a torpedo level that the unit is level front to back and side to side so it does not break again. Thank You.

Hi. Open the inner door panel. Look inside the back side of the control panel part # 6-919822 to see if the door latch female pivot points are broken and laying on the inside of the outer door bottom. This will make the door latch part # WPW10130695 loose. This is mainly caused by initial installation of the unit not being proper. Remove the lower kick plate and see if all 4-legs are snug against the floor. Correct this issue by following the installing instructions provided with the unit. So the latch and body is level and do not bind and break again. Thank You.
