Hi Shari. Is the clips that are broken on the inside of your door panel holding the latch assembly in? If so then you will need Control panel part # 6-919806. The latch assembly is part # WPW10130695. Thank you.

Hello Gary. You will need to check and see if the latch switches are sticking. If so, you will need to order another door latch WPW10130695. Also, make sure the wires are connected good to the latch assembly, and the strike is not broke. Hope this helps.

Hello Mac. Here are the instructions from the manufacture. Hope this helps. Removal 1. Disconnect power to the machine. 2. Open the Dishwasher door. 3. Remove the 11 Torx™ screws along the sides and top of the Inner Door Panel. 4. Separate the Inner Door Panel from the Outer Door. 5. Disconnect wires from the Vent and Dispenser Wax Motors before pulling the Inner Door Panel away from the Dishwasher.

Tony, here's a picture, the best we have right now, WPW10275768. Once you have the latch assembly dismounted from the door and control panel, you can press it onto the door strike, and watch the mechanism work. The latching mechanism "rolls" from front to back and vise versa when you latch and unlatch the door handle and pull on the door. Did you check the door strike in the center of the opening for damage ? Thanks and Good Luck.

Hello Jeff. Based on the information you provided, it does sound like the latch assembly WPW10130695 is bad and will need to be replaced. If the door strike 903098 is good, then the latch assembly should fix the problem. Hope this helps.

Hello Gill. Here are the instructions from the manufacture. There are no locks or tabs on the wire connectors. Hope this helps. Removal 1. Disconnect power to the machine. 2. Remove the Inner Door Panel. 3. Lift Door Latch Assembly out. 4. Unplug the wires. Switch Removal 1. Disconnect power to the machine. 2. Remove the Inner Door Panel. 3. Remove Door Latch and Switch Holder Assembly. 4. Depress locking tabs and lift switch from holder. 5. Unplug the wires going to the switch.
