Hello John, Since you didn't list a model number, I'm just going on the picture of the spray arm you were looking at. This style has the little grey nut in the center and it is left hand threads. To secure the spray arm, you need to "unscrew it on", since it is left handed threads. You will need to hold the center "nut" with a pair of pliers to tighten it. Be careful not to over-tighten it as this will strip easily.

Hello Barbara. The spray arm WPW10320510 screws onto the nut in the bottom. You will set the spray arm over the nut and hold the nut in place while turning the spray arm. Hope this helps.

Richard, Check and make sure the rear manifold tube has not gotten dislodged from the rear wall of the tubWPW10077863, or pump spout. Check and make sure the manifold, rear feed cap WP8268343 has not been dislodged from the pump housing clip. and remove and check the lower arm hub assemblyWP8268340 Thanks and Good Luck

Hello Todd. It is normal for the lower spray arm to be loose. Once water pressure runs through it, it levels out. Hope this helps.
