Nathan N June 11, 2018 for Model Number W10176721 I have a Estate by Whirlpool washer model # W10176721 and the trouble I am having with it is it will agetate the wash fine in the wash cycle but it wont spin the wash out. It has a clutch on the bottom of the unit on the gearbox assemble. Sometimes it will spin and when it does it works fine so I don't think its a slipping clutch. I am wondering what I should replace. When it doesn't spin the unit does not even twitch like it is trying to start for some reason the clutch doesn't seem to be engaging.
1 Answer Nathan, It would be recommended to check connections at the lid switch to make sure that the switch is working ok with no loose connections. Dryer motor. It has a clamp and circlip to hold on blower fan, and so has a flat side on shaft of motor. The motor in the parts list will not suit this machine. Can you supply a motor? Hugh.

1 Answer Scott, You will want to check to make sure that the dryer vent is clear and if the unit is in a small room then you would want to leave the door open when drying.
